Parental Partnership Day

Our Parental Partnership Day is held each year and provides an opportunity for parents/carers to meet with their child’s (children’s) form tutor(s) to discuss their academic progress to date and their targets for the coming year.

In order to facilitate this day, the school does not operate a normal school day; instead the school will be open between certain times and your son(s)/daughter(s) should attend their appointment with you and use the remainder of the day to complete pre-set activities at home which can be found by clicking here when published.

In response to parental feedback following our previous Academic Monitoring Days, we operate two broad time slots year and endeavour to offer parents a degree of choice as to the session they would find it most convenient to attend. Appointments are available between 12.30pm – 3.15pm and 4.15pm – 7.00pm.

Your child should make an appointment with their form tutor directly and is able to do this by using the appropriate appointment page in their student planner (planners will be distributed to students on the first day of the academic year).

Should you have any questions about the day, please do not hesitate to contact your child’s Head of House or Mrs Smears, Deputy Headteacher.

Student pre-set activities to be completed at home will be uploaded below:
