FOBS meetings take place on the following Wednesday evenings at 7.30pm in the C Block Conference room.

Thank you to the parents who attended our meeting for the first time, and to those who have got in touch with suggestions and comments both by social media, and directly, your involvement is very much appreciated.
It is at these meetings that fundraising ideas are discussed and planned, the 200 Club winners are drawn and we decide as a team where in school the money could be best used.
If you weren’t able to make the meeting we thought you would appreciate hearing some of the fundraising ideas that were discussed. These include student and community orientated fundraising such as bake sales and a year 7 school disco, estate agent/local business sponsorship, quiz nights, firework display, bag2school donations, bag packing at supermarkets to name but a few.
Many of the ideas can also be supported via companies who offer fund matching and we hope to release a list of those companies soon …and appeal to those parents who work for them for help!
You may have seen the photo of the new school minibus on the new school Twitter account - “@Billericay_sch”. We have already contributed £9k towards the cost of the minibus and we have promised to donate another £5k in due course. In addition there are other school projects, awards and facilities that we wish to support.
Meanwhile, we are running a QUIZ NIGHT on Saturday 11th November 2017 and a Winter Ball at Stock Brook Manor on Friday 26th January 2018. Details are on our Events page.
