Dates for your diary

Given the current coronavirus epidemic, planned events may be subject to alteration.  Please refer to updates on here in due course.

All students should also refer to regular updates posted on their whole year group (12 / 13) Google Classrooms.

Year 13

UCAS Information Evening for Parents (from June) now replaced by a presentation and further information on this website: Sixth Form: Within this Section – Higher Education, Apprenticeships and UCAS – Applying for Higher Education 2020-2021 - UCAS Information Evening for Parents Presentation (2 parts) Apprenticeships and UCAS. The presentation includes pointers for further support for parents during the UCAS process.  In addition is hosting a series of talks for parents on 1 October, including about student finance.

This year we will be replacing a face to face Parents Consultation Evening with a phone consultation with parents  in which students’ current progress and targets may be discussed.

Subject teachers will arrange a 5 minute phone call appointment to take place 2- 10 October at a mutually convenient time.  If you could indicate to your child available time frames to receive a call, as well as the best number to be reached on, this will facilitate appointment scheduling at the start of next week. Any parent who would like a more detailed conversation about their child’s overall progress, or help and advice concerning post 18 pathways, please do get in contact.
