Regular exercise can have a profoundly positive impact on your mood. It can improve symptoms of anxiety and reduce stress as well as helping you sleep better! Even a short ten minute walk during your break and lunch can help to clear your head and improve focus and at the end of the school day, it is a great way to unwind.
